Peter Lord, who fought NHS bosses for the right to a bone marrow transplant that he thought would save his life, died on 9 September, 2008.
Mr Lord died at Nottingham City Hospital following a three-year battle with leukaemia.
Peter will be sadly missed by all his friends and family.
